The Role
As a Behaviour Support Worker, you''ll play a key part in helping students stay engaged in learning and on track with their personal development goals.
You will:
- Support students in the classroom to stay focused and engaged
- Help manage behaviour in a positive, proactive way
- Deliver and reinforce tailored interventions and development plans
- Build strong, trusting relationships with students
- Support social skills, communication, and emotional regulation
- Work closely with teachers and support staff to create a consistent approach
What We''re Looking For
- A calm, patient, and positive attitude
- A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
- Confidence in managing behaviour and building rapport
- Experience with children or young people is helpful, but not essential
- An interest in education, psychology, or youth work is a bonus
