Job Title: Behaviour and Autism Support Assistant (SEN or SEMH School)Location: West Drayton, LondonContract Type: Long-term Temporary (Term-time only)Salary: 110 - 125 per day (D.O.E) Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm The Role:As a Behaviour and Autism Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting students with autism and behavioural needs. You will work 1:1 with students both inside the classroom and across the school setting, helping them to access the curriculum, develop social skills, and manage their behaviour effectively.You will work alongside other support staff, teachers, the behaviour support team and Senior Leadership to help maintain and assist in providing a fun, creative, safe and inclusive learning environment for all learners.The School and Responsibilities: The school has multiple sites catering for various needs, abilities and age groups around the Leeds area.
