Long Term Futures is recruiting a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work with three pupils across Year 2 and Year 3 at a welcoming primary school in Brent. You''ll provide targeted support outside the main classroom, helping pupils develop their communication, emotional regulation and positive behaviour through structured small-group activities.
