This is an excellent opportunity to gain invaluable experience supporting young people in an educational setting, particularly if you''re considering a future career in educational psychology, teaching, counselling, or mental health support.The RoleIn this role, you will work closely with pupils who may be facing a range of behavioural, emotional, or additional learning challenges. Some students may find it difficult to engage in a mainstream classroom setting and require targeted 1:1 support or small group interventions.Your responsibilities will include:Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis, helping them stay engaged and focusedAssisting students in managing their behaviour and emotions in a positive wayHelping to create a safe, structured, and supportive learning environmentWorking alongside teachers and SEN staff to implement tailored support strategiesBuilding trusting relationships with pupils and guiding them through challenging periods in schoolWhat We''re Looking ForA degree in Psychology (or a related field)A genuine passion for supporting young peoplePatience, empathy, and resilienceStrong ..... full job details .....
