The successful candidate will work closely with students, teaching staff, pastoral teams, and parents to promote positive behaviour, improve engagement, and support students in achieving their full potential.The role would suit candidates with experience in education, youth work, pastoral support, mentoring, social care, or behaviour management.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide targeted support to students displaying challenging behaviourWork on a one-to-one and small group basis to improve engagement and achievementPromote positive behaviour strategies in line with school policiesSupport students with their emotional, social, and behavioural developmentBuild positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/carersMonitor and record student progress and behaviour interventionsAssist in reducing barriers to learning and improving attendanceLiaise with pastoral teams and external ..... full job details .....
