GSL Education are seeking resilient and proactive  Behaviour Support  staff to work in schools across  Sheffield . This role is ideal for individuals who can build positive relationships with students, de-escalate challenging situations, and help learners stay engaged in their education.  As a  Behaviour Support  practitioner, you will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support pupils who may struggle to access learning due to behavioural or emotional needs.   Main Responsibilities of Behaviour Support:     Support pupils in managing behaviour and staying engaged in lessons    Work 1:1 and with small groups to provide targeted intervention    Use effective de-escalation strategies when challenging behaviour arises    Assist teaching staff in maintaining a positive classroom environment    Encourage positive decision-making and emotional regulation    Sup...</description>
