This role offers opportunities for daily supply, long-term placements or fixed-term contracts, depending on your availability and the needs of the school.About the RoleAs a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support students who require additional help managing their behaviour and engagement in school. You will play a key role in helping pupils remain focused in lessons, develop positive relationships and build confidence in their learning.This role may involve working with individuals or small groups of students both inside and outside of the classroom, providing guidance, encouragement and support to help them succeed in a school environment.Responsibilities may include: Supporting students who may experience behavioural, social or emotional challenges Promoting positive behaviour and helping students develop effective coping strategies Assisting teachers in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment Working with small groups ..... full job details .....
