SEN Behaviour Support Assistant Ystrad Mynach (Multi-site, within 20-minute travel radius) Start Date: September 2026 Pay: £92.63 per day Employer: Teaching PersonnelAbout the RoleTeaching Personnel is recruiting for a dedicated and resilient SEN Behaviour Support Assistant to work across a specialist education setting supporting pupils aged 3-19 years. This is a varied and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with additional needs.You will be required to work across different sites within the provision, all located within a local area (maximum 20-minute travel between sites).Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with behavioural and additional learning needsSupport students in managing behaviour and developing positive coping strategiesAssist teachers in delivering tailored educational activitiesBuild strong, trusting relationships with pupils across a wide age range (3-19)Promote a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentWork flexibly across multiple sites when requiredThe Ideal CandidateHas experience working with SEN, behaviour needs, or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)Is patient, resilient, and proactiveComfortable working with students across primary and secondary age groupsAble to adapt quickly to different environments and settingsHolds a full UK driving licence (preferred due to travel requirements)RequirementsAn Enhanced DBS on the ..... full job details .....
