The setting provides a nurturing, trauma-informed environment where students are encouraged to build confidence, develop resilience, and achieve positive outcomes through personalised support. We are looking to recruit a Behaviour Mentor to join this dedicated team from September. The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with students on a one-to-one and small group basis, delivering targeted interventions, promoting positive behaviour, and supporting engagement both inside and outside of the classroom. This Behaviour Mentor role is ideal for someone with SEMH experience who can build positive relationships with young people, with previous experience in a therapeutic setting being highly desirable.
