About the Role:


  • Provide targeted support to students across Key Stages 1 to 4andnbsp;with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
  • Work with individuals and small groups to develop resilience, confidence, and self-regulation skills
  • Implement personalised behaviour support strategies and intervention plans tailored to individual needs
  • Build and maintain positive, trusting relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, staff, and families to encourage engagement and progress
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to support



The ideal candidate will:


  • Experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, or pastoral care setting
  • A strong passion for inclusion, mental health, and student wellbeing
  • Excellent communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Confident in applying effective behaviour management strategiesandnbsp;and restorative practices
  • Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting every studentandrsquo;s individual needs
  • Committed to ongoing trainingandnbsp;and continuous professional development
