About the Role:
- Provide targeted support to students across Key Stages 1 to 4andnbsp;with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
- Work with individuals and small groups to develop resilience, confidence, and self-regulation skills
- Implement personalised behaviour support strategies and intervention plans tailored to individual needs
- Build and maintain positive, trusting relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, staff, and families to encourage engagement and progress
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated and consistent approach to support
The ideal candidate will:
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, or pastoral care setting
- A strong passion for inclusion, mental health, and student wellbeing
- Excellent communication, de-escalation, and problem-solving abilities
- Confident in applying effective behaviour management strategiesandnbsp;and restorative practices
- Patient, empathetic, and dedicated to supporting every studentandrsquo;s individual needs
- Committed to ongoing trainingandnbsp;and continuous professional development
