Pay: andpound;85 andndash; andpound;110 per day

Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor with a passion for helping young people overcome challenges and thrive in education£ A supportive secondary school in High Wycombe (HP12) is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team immediately.

This role is ideal for someone who is resilient, empathetic, and skilled in managing behaviour and promoting positive outcomes for pupils with SEMH needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with behavioural and emotional needs
• Implement tailored behaviour strategies and interventions
• Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and pastoral teams to create a positive learning environment
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate behaviour records
• Act as a positive role model and mentor for pupils

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Behaviour Mentor or similar role (school-based experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEMH and behaviour management techniques
• Ability to remain calm and solution-focused under pressure
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil wellbeing
