This is a demanding yet highly rewarding role, ideal for individuals with strong resilience, empathy, and a genuine desire to make a difference.The Role - Behaviour Support AssistantIn this Behaviour Support Assistant role, you will support pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, delivering 1:1 and small-group interventions to help them engage with learning and develop positive behavioural patterns.You will play a central role in managing challenging behaviour, using structured and consistent strategies to support emotional regulation and effectively de-escalate situations.
