BEHAVIOUR SUPPORT ASSISTANTProspero Teaching work closely with high-achieving schools based in Bournemouth, and one of our fantastic partner schools is currently seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant.The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to students, helping to promote positive behaviour, engagement, and learning both inside and outside the classroom.Do you have experience working with children and young people, particularly those who may require additional behavioural support? We would love to hear from you.THE ROLELocation: BournemouthPosition: Behaviour Support AssistantType of work: Full TimeContract: Long termStart Date: ASAPDuration: OngoingMinimum rate of pay: 75Hours: 08:30 - 3:30YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESClassroom support - activities, organisation, engagement, behaviour, emotional supportWorking with children on a one-to-one basis or in small groupsBreak/Lunch time supervisionKeeping progress reportsEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONSTeaching Assistant qualification (preferable but not essential)Previous experience working in a UK SchoolExperience working with children in education or in a similar settingUp-to-date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as training can be provided)TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:Hold Right to Work in the UKHold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new ..... full job details .....
