This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in pastoral care, behaviour support, or youth work who is looking to have a meaningful impact in an educational setting.Key Responsibilities: Work closely with students to manage and improve behaviour, both inside and outside the classroom. Support teaching staff in creating a calm, positive learning environment. Build strong, trusting relationships with students, acting as a positive role model. Develop and implement behaviour support plans tailored to individual needs. Work collaboratively with parents, carers, and external agencies as required. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people in a school, youth work, or similar setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A calm, patient, and resilient approach.
