This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting students with challenging behaviour or Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly those with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will provide crucial on-call support across the school day.
