GSL Educationare seeking a committed Behaviour Support Assistant to work within schools in Brigg. This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting children with behavioural needs, and who are confident in helping pupils manage their emotions and re-engage with their education. As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will work closely with the teaching staff and the SEN/behaviour teams to promote a positive learning environment and reduce instances of disruption. Your support will help students build emotional regulation skills and improve their overall school experience.About the School: This is a welcoming and well-resourced specialist setting for secondary-aged pupils who follow a primary-style curriculum. The school supports students with a range of needs including Autism, ADHD, behavioural challenges, and learning difficulties. Class sizes are small, typically around 12 to 13 pupils, allowing for more tailored and supportive teaching.
