This  Behaviour Mentor  role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting children and young people with their behaviour, emotional wellbeing and personal development.  The successful  Behaviour Mentor  will work closely with pupils who may require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, engagement and learning. As a  Behaviour Mentor , you will build positive and trusting relationships with pupils, acting as a consistent role model and helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve positive outcomes.
