You ll provide guidance, support, and encouragement to help students re-engage positively with learning.Your responsibilities will include: Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis.Managing challenging behaviour calmly and effectively.Implementing strategies to promote positive choices and emotional regulation.Working collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.
