We are working with a fantastic specialist school in Bristol that supports children with Autism and other complex learning needs. The school is looking for a compassionate and proactive Behaviour Support Assistant to join their dedicated team as soon as possible.

As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the emotional, behavioural, and educational development of pupils. You''ll work closely with class teachers and mental health professionals, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a future career in education, child psychology, or youth support work.

A Behaviour Support Assistant role will include:

* Providing support in the classroom on a 1:1 or small group basis

* Assisting children with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges
