This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and helping them achieve positive outcomes in education. The school supports primary-aged pupils with SEMH needs. Many pupils also have additional needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD and learning difficulties. Due to the nature of the role, experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and using behaviour management or de-escalation strategies is highly desirable. This welcoming specialist school has around 50 pupils on roll, creating a supportive and close-knit environment.
