Job Description:
- Support students withandnbsp;challenging behaviour,andnbsp;social-emotional needs, andandnbsp;behavioural interventions
- Work closely with teaching staff to develop and implementandnbsp;individual behaviour plansandnbsp;andandnbsp;support strategies
- Promote aandnbsp;positive school cultureandnbsp;throughandnbsp;restorative approaches,andnbsp;mentoring, andandnbsp;conflict resolution
- Monitor and track student progress usingandnbsp;data-driven approachesandnbsp;andandnbsp;targeted interventions
- Liaise withandnbsp;parents,andnbsp;carers, andandnbsp;external agenciesandnbsp;to ensure aandnbsp;holistic support network
- Contribute toandnbsp;staff training,andnbsp;behaviour policy development, andandnbsp;whole-school wellbeing initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with students withandnbsp;behavioural, emotional, or social difficulties
- Be aandnbsp;calm,andnbsp;resilient, andandnbsp;empathetic practitionerandnbsp;with excellentandnbsp;communication skills
- Demonstrate a strong understanding ofandnbsp;trauma-informed practice,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;inclusive education
- Be confident in usingandnbsp;restorative approaches,andnbsp;positive reinforcement, andandnbsp;de-escalation techniques
- Be committed toandnbsp;professional development,andnbsp;teamwork, andandnbsp;student-centred practice
