Job Description:


  • Provide tailoredandnbsp;behavioural supportandnbsp;to students across KS3 and KS4
  • Work closely with teaching staff to implementandnbsp;individual behaviour plans
  • Foster aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;respectfulandnbsp;classroom environment
  • Monitor and record student progress, sharing insights with staff and families
  • Support students in developingandnbsp;self-regulation,andnbsp;resilience, andandnbsp;positive social skills
  • Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;pastoral initiativesandnbsp;andandnbsp;wellbeing programmes

The Ideal Candidate Will:


  • Have experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (desirable but not essential)
  • Be aandnbsp;patient,andnbsp;resilient, andandnbsp;compassionateandnbsp;practitioner
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;inclusive practice, andandnbsp;student welfare
  • Possess excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;teamwork, andandnbsp;organisationalandnbsp;skills
  • Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;professional learningandnbsp;and contributing to aandnbsp;positive school culture
