Job Description:
- Provide tailoredandnbsp;behavioural supportandnbsp;to students across KS3 and KS4
- Work closely with teaching staff to implementandnbsp;individual behaviour plans
- Foster aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;respectfulandnbsp;classroom environment
- Monitor and record student progress, sharing insights with staff and families
- Support students in developingandnbsp;self-regulation,andnbsp;resilience, andandnbsp;positive social skills
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;pastoral initiativesandnbsp;andandnbsp;wellbeing programmes
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with children or young people with behavioural needs (desirable but not essential)
- Be aandnbsp;patient,andnbsp;resilient, andandnbsp;compassionateandnbsp;practitioner
- Demonstrate a strong commitment toandnbsp;safeguarding,andnbsp;inclusive practice, andandnbsp;student welfare
- Possess excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;teamwork, andandnbsp;organisationalandnbsp;skills
- Be enthusiastic aboutandnbsp;professional learningandnbsp;and contributing to aandnbsp;positive school culture
