This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who excels at building relationships, promoting emotional regulation, and helping learners re-engage successfully with education.The RoleAs a Behaviour Specialist HLTA, you''ll be a key member of the school''s support framework-working closely with teachers, pastoral teams and ALN/SEN staff to promote positive behaviour and maintain a calm, structured learning environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTargeted behaviour support: Deliver 1:1 and small-group interventions to improve engagement, emotional regulation and readiness to learnPositive behaviour and de-escalation: Apply consistent strategies to minimise disruption and support pupils back into the classroomHLTA responsibilities: Lead learning activities, deliver planned sessions and provide high-quality cover where requiredPastoral support: Assist pupils with routines, transitions and reintegration following behavioural incidentsCollaborative working: Support individual behaviour plans alongside teaching staff, pastoral teams and ALN/SEN colleaguesSafeguarding: Record and report concerns in line with school safeguarding proceduresThe Ideal CandidateWe are seeking someone calm, resilient ..... full job details .....
