Behaviour Mentor - INDELSEN, Empowering Learning Ltd are looking for SEND Behaviour specialist for a special needs school in Orpington and surrounding areas. We are seeking outstanding SEND experienced Teaching Assistants who are dedicated to supporting children in a classroom setting or on a 1:1 basis. Our schools cater for children with varied SEND needs such as Autism, Dyslexia, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties. The role will start ASAP. The school is based in southeast London Bromley borough. They are seeking a Higher-level TA. Hours of work are 8.00 to 4.00 pm. Working with Autism and challenging behaviour. Based in SE London. Starting ASAP.To be considered for the position you must have the following:Experience supporting children with learning difficulties or disabilities.Comfortable working with challenging behaviour.Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with staff and students.5 days a week and able to commit to a contract.Responsibilities
Support children with learning difficulties or disabilities in classroom and 1:1 settings.Assist with behaviour management and implement appropriate support strategies under supervision.Collaborate with teaching staff to support learning activities and goals.Benefits and What We Offer
