Behaviour mentors and learning support assistants needed to work in PRU s and behavioural units across London. Principal Education is seeking hard-working and enthusiastic educators to work as Behaviour Mentors and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) in PRUs and behavioural units across East London in Redbridge, BarkingandDagenham and Hackney These alternative education settings provide tailored academic, emotional, and social support for children unable to access mainstream education. Many pupils will have SEN statements or behavioural challenges such as autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia, or dyspraxia.The role: You will provide targeted support and guidance for pupils with significant behavioural, emotional, and academic needs. This may involve working 1:1 or in very small groups, both inside the classroom and in a mentorship capacity.
