About the Role
We are recruiting Behaviour Mentors to support students with social, emotional, and mental health needs. You will play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support

• De-escalate challenging situations

• Build positive relationships with students

• Support classroom learning

Requirements

• Experience working with young people (school, youth work, care)

• Understanding of SEMH needs

• Calm, resilient, and proactive approach
