These roles are ideal for individuals who have experience supporting children and young people who may display challenging behaviour, struggle with emotional regulation or require additional support to engage with education. We are particularly interested in hearing from candidates with backgrounds in youth work, support work, residential care, SEND education, coaching or mentoring.
