An Alternative Provision school based in Christchurch is currently seeking a Behaviour Mentor to start in September or as soon as possible. The school caters for primary and secondary-aged pupils with social, emotional, and mental health needs, as well as challenging behaviour.

The Behaviour Mentor role is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about making a difference to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and supporting their access to education. You will provide guidance and support both in the classroom and in their social and emotional development.
The Desired Behaviour Mentor Will Have
Experience working with primary and/or secondary school-aged children
Experience working with pupils with SEND/SEMH and challenging behaviour
A passion for pupil progress
An ability to work as part of a team
