The successful candidate will build positive relationships with pupils, provide consistent behavioural and pastoral support, and help learners develop the confidence, resilience and strategies they need to engage successfully with education. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 and small-group behaviour and pastoral support, helping pupils manage emotions and develop positive behavioural strategies. Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils experiencing SEN, SEMH and challenging behaviour.
