The school is looking for someone who can build positive relationships with young people, manage challenging behaviour calmly and provide consistent support both inside and outside the classroom. About the Role You will support pupils who may struggle with behaviour, emotional regulation, engagement and the demands of mainstream education. Your responsibilities will include:  Providing 1:1 and small-group support Helping pupils regulate their emotions and behaviour Supporting classroom engagement Building positive relationships with students Working alongside teachers and pastoral staff Supporting behaviour plans and individual strategies Helping pupils develop confidence and independence  What We Are Looking For You must have previous experience working in a school or education setting.
