We are currently recruiting Behaviour Mentors and Pastoral Support Workers to join dedicated school teams supporting children and young people who require additional behavioural and emotional support.These are rewarding, full-time positions for individuals who can build positive relationships, remain calm under pressure and help pupils develop confidence, resilience and self-belief.The Role:As a Behaviour Mentor/Pastoral Support Worker, you will:Support pupils with SEMH needs both in and out of the classroom.Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage engagement and personal development.Help de-escalate challenging situations using a calm, consistent and patient approach.Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies.Work closely with teachers, pastoral teams and senior leaders to support individual behaviour plans.Act as a positive role model, ..... full job details .....
