This varied role will primarily involve providing 1:1 behavioural support to pupils in KS1 , while also working across other year groups to promote positive behaviour, engagement and inclusion. The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with pupils, remain calm under pressure and use positive behaviour strategies to help children succeed.
