Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity? Do you have experience supporting young people with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour? This is an excellent opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to provide consistent 1-2-1 support and help a young person overcome barriers to education. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with the student, class teacher and wider pastoral team to support behaviour, engagement and emotional regulation. The Behaviour Mentor will help the student access learning, develop positive relationships and make progress within an Alternative Provision setting.
