You will be supporting pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, including anxiety, ADHD, trauma, attachment difficulties, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, and behaviours that challenge. Many of these young people have faced barriers both in and outside of education and need supportive, consistent adults to help them build confidence, manage emotions, and achieve success.
