Strong behaviour management skills are essential. The school needs someone who can build a positive relationship with the pupil while maintaining clear boundaries and providing calm, consistent support. The Role Provide 1:1 support in lessons and throughout the school day. Use effective behaviour strategies to support engagement and participation. Help the pupil manage emotions, develop confidence and access learning. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO.
