The provision supports pupils across Key Stage 2 / KS2 to Key Stage 4 / KS4 who require additional support with their behaviour and engagement in education.The provision is looking to take on a confident Behaviour Mentor on a full-time basis, with an immediate start available. The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with pupils across KS2 to KS4, supporting behaviour management, maintaining a positive learning environment and helping young people engage effectively with their education.The successful Behaviour Mentor will have: Relevant qualifications in education, youth work or behaviour support are desirable Experience working with children and young people who display challenging behaviour Experience supporting pupils across KS2, KS3 or KS4 Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils A resilient, ..... full job details .....
