The role will involve working with pupils across KS3 & KS4 who are dis-engaged and exhibit challenging behaviour.- You will need to have excellent communication skills coupled with an ability to engage with a pupils from a wide array of backgrounds. The position would suit someone who has previously worked as a behaviour mentor within a secondary school setting or someone who has worked with secondary age pupils within a sports club,-youth club or outreach.
