We are looking for individuals who can build positive relationships with pupils and provide consistent 1:1 support for children and young people with behavioural, social and emotional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by helping pupils overcome barriers to learning and succeed both inside and outside the classroom. We're particularly keen to hear from candidates with backgrounds in care, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, residential support, or similar roles where managing challenging behaviour and supporting young people has been a key part of the job.
