The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with teachers and the wider school team to help pupils develop positive behaviour, emotional regulation and confidence in the classroom. This role would suit an experienced Behaviour Mentor , SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or someone with a background in youth work, sports coaching or pastoral support who is passionate about helping children overcome barriers to learning.
