Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural difficulties.
Implement behavioural management strategies in collaboration with classroom teachers and support staff.
Foster positive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragement.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plans.
Monitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and parents/guardians.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
A genuine passion for supporting students'' social and emotional development.
