andnbsp;Salary: andpound;90 to andpound;110 per day (dependent on experience)

Supply Desk is seeking a skilled and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to support pupils at a well-regarded school near Elstree. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with young people who require additional behavioural support in a positive and nurturing environment.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in helping students develop social and emotional skills, manage behaviour effectively, and engage fully with their learning. The school prides itself on creating a supportive culture where every pupil can thrive.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:

• Experience working as a Behaviour Mentor or similar role supporting children and young people
• Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and emotional support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, resilience, and a positive, empathetic approach
• Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external agencies

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted behavioural support to pupils, including 1:1 mentoring and group work
• Develop and implement behaviour plans tailored to individual needs
• Monitor progress and report on outcomes to school staff and parents
• Promote positive relationships and a calm, structured environment
• Support pupils in developing coping strategies and social skills
