Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning£ A welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Chalfont St Giles (HP8) is looking for a committed Behaviour Mentor to join their pastoral team this September.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored behavioural support to pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
• Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to create and review personalised behaviour plans
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
• Track behaviour patterns, record progress, and share updates with staff and families
• Support students in developing resilience, self-regulation, and social-emotional skills
• Contribute to whole-school wellbeing initiatives, mentoring programmes, and extracurricular activities

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Previous experience supporting young people with behavioural or emotional needs (preferred but not essential)
• Calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to challenging situations
• Strong commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Willingness to engage in training and help build a positive school culture
