About the Role:

• Assist students in managing behaviour and overcoming learning challenges
• Design and implement personalised behaviour management plans to meet individual needs
• Provide mentoring and coaching to foster positive social skills and interactions
• Contribute to developing strategies that promote a supportive and positive school environment
• Collaborate closely with teaching staff to enhance lesson delivery and maintain effective classroom management
• Track student progress and deliver constructive feedback to students, teachers, and parents

The ideal candidate will:

• Experience supporting children or young people, especially those with behavioural challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to quickly build rapport
• Demonstrates patience, resilience, and a positive mindset when facing challenges
• Knowledgeable in effective behaviour management strategies and techniques
• Proactive and collaborative, with strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities
• Relevant qualifications in education, psychology, or related fields are preferred but not mandatory
