We are seeking an enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to support students in Bushey, starting in January 2026. This role is perfect for someone with experience in behaviour management, youth work, or mentoring who is eager to make a lasting impact on studentsandrsquo; education and emotional wellbeing.

Main Responsibilities

Support students in class and through small-group interventions
Help remove barriers to learning caused by behavioural or emotional challenges
Mentor pupils to build confidence, motivation, and resilience
Assist teachers in maintaining a calm, respectful classroom environment
Record behaviour incidents and contribute to intervention strategies

The Ideal Candidate

Experience supporting students with behavioural needs in schools or youth settings
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
Calm, patient, and consistent approach
Commitment to promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
Team player with a growth mindset
Enhanced DBS required (or willingness to obtain one)
