We are seeking a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive mainstream secondary school in Milton Keynes, starting in September 2025. This role is perfect for someone with experience in behaviour support, mentoring, or youth work who wants to have a real impact on studentsandrsquo; education and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Support students in class and through small group interventions
Help reduce barriers to learning related to behaviour or emotional needs
Mentor students to build confidence, motivation, and resilience
Work closely with teachers to maintain a calm and respectful classroom environment
Record behaviour incidents and assist in developing intervention strategies
