Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one and group support to students with behavioural difficultiesImplement behavioural management strategies in collaboration with classroom teachers and support staffFoster positive relationships with students, offering guidance and encouragementAssist in the development and implementation of individualised behaviour plansMonitor and document student progress, communicating effectively with teachers and parents/guardians Qualifications: Previous experience working with students with behavioural needs preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy, and a positive attitudeAbility to remain calm and composed in challenging situationsA genuine passion for supporting students'' social and emotional development Located in Aylesbury the school is easily accessible via public transport with ..... full job details .....
