Job Description:
- Supporting students withandnbsp;behavioural,andnbsp;emotional, andandnbsp;social needsandnbsp;across Key Stages 1 to 4
- Working 1:1 and in small groups to developandnbsp;self-regulation,andnbsp;confidence, andandnbsp;coping strategies
- Implementingandnbsp;behaviour plans,andnbsp;intervention programmes, andandnbsp;restorative approaches
- Buildingandnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with students, staff, and families
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies to ensureandnbsp;holistic support
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience working with children or young people in an educational or pastoral setting
- Be passionate aboutandnbsp;inclusion,andnbsp;mental health, andandnbsp;student wellbeing
- Demonstrate excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;de-escalation, andandnbsp;problem-solvingandnbsp;skills
- Be confident usingandnbsp;behaviour management strategiesandnbsp;andandnbsp;supportive interventions
- Be patient, empathetic, and ready toandnbsp;go the extra mile
- Embrace aandnbsp;growth mindsetandnbsp;and value ongoingandnbsp;training and development
