Behaviour Mentor - September StartFull-Time Long-Term Position North London £100 - £130 per dayAre you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome barriers to learning?We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a supportive school in North London from September. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in education, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching or support work who are looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people.The Role:Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural and emotional needsSupporting students who may present with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour, ADHD or AutismBuilding strong, positive relationships with pupils and acting as a positive role modelImplementing behaviour strategies and interventions to improve engagement and learning outcomesWorking closely with teachers, SENCOs and pastoral staff to support pupils both academically and emotionallyPromoting positive behaviour, resilience and emotional regulationThe Ideal Candidate Will Have: Previous experience working with children or young people Experience as a Behaviour Mentor, Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, Support Worker, Sports Coach or Mentor is highly desirable Experience supporting pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD or challenging behaviour is preferred Strong behaviour management and communication skills A calm, patient and resilient approach A genuine passion for ..... full job details .....
