You''ll support learners aged KS3-KS5 with SEMH, ADHD, SEND, emotional and behavioural needs, and those who have experienced trauma, helping them rebuild confidence, develop resilience and re-engage with education through practical, vocational learning. We''re looking for candidates with experience in youth work, alternative provision, behaviour mentoring, learning support, the Armed Forces or Cadet Forces.
