This is a highly rewarding role supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to regulate behaviour, build positive relationships with adults, and develop strategies to manage their emotions and behaviour more effectively. A sports background is highly desirable for this role, as many students respond positively to structured, active, and team-based approaches that help build trust, discipline and engagement.
